Hi! I am Stephen Racano, CEO of Racano Media. My 7 years of experience in online marketing and web development has introduced me to just about all aspects of the industry. From Fortune 500 companies to local family owned business, I have worked with it all. The goal is always the same; drive consistent online growth that will impact the topline of the business. Despite what you may have heard, there is no magic spell that will bring instant success to any company. Each business needs a strategy tailored to its' specific needs that can evolve at the same speed of technology.
Work History
In 2004, my journey into the world of online marketing began at Site Dynamics / FKQ Advertising in Clearwater, FL. As an intern/freelancer I handled the paid search campaigns for a handful of clients including Dollar Rent-a-Car. The rapid pace and self-learning environment sparked my interest. After graduating, eating ice cream became my profession or you could refer to me by my title of Marketing Manager of Cold Stone Creamery. Graphic design wasn't my sharpest skill, and because of my interest in the digital space & knowledge of technology, web design was the logical next step. Racano Media was started in 2008, focused on graphic & web design. During this time, I also took on numerous freelance and consulting roles allowing for me to quickly grow my knowledge base of all aspects of digital marketing. I have finally settled down, and besides continuing to build Racano Media I work full time at an amazing digital marketing agency MORPHEUS MEDIA: A CREATETHE GROUP COMPANY.
During those 7 years I have become acquainted with learning about every type of business; from restaurants to luxury designers. This experience allows for me to be confident that I can help you succeed in your niche.
